Rates are year round and do not include hospitality sales tax which is added to the individual room rate. Hospitality taxes equal 11%.

There is a TWO night MINIMUM stay required for Units 1 and 8.

Weekly rates are for 6 nights, 7 days.

All rooms have fully equipped kitchens (stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, cookware, flatware, etc.) Tea & coffee provided complimentary in rooms.

All guests are welcome to use the ocean-front patio located on the south-east corner of the property right on the beach! This is a great place to enjoy your time at the Sea View ~

Unit 1: Ocean Front Two Bedroom – Master bedroom has Queen bed and gorgeous ocean views, second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has Queen sleeper sofa, dining table, TV/DVD and French doors that open onto private ocean front patio. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and bath. Maximum occupancy = 6. $195 nightly / $1100 weekly / $3800 monthly (plus tax) (TWO night MINIMUM).

Unit 2: King Ocean Front – Open-concept unit has King bed, kitchen, bath, flat-screen TV and French doors that open on to private ocean front patio. Maximum occupancy = 2. $145 nightly / $750 weekly / $2700 monthly (plus tax).

Unit 4: Superior Queen Ocean View – Second-floor, open concept unit with Queen bed, twin bed, kitchen, bath and gorgeous ocean views! Maximum occupancy = 3. $135 nightly / $715 weekly / $2500 monthly

(plus tax).

Unit 5: Queen Ocean View – Second-floor, open concept unit with Queen bed, kitchen, bath and ocean views. Maximum occupancy = 2. $125 nightly / $675 weekly / $2300 monthly (plus tax).

Unit 6: Queen Ocean/River View – Second-floor, open concept unit with Queen bed, kitchen, bath and views of both the ocean and the river. See sunrise and sunset! Maximum occupancy = 2. $125 nightly / $675 weekly / $2300 monthly (plus tax).

Unit 7: Ground Floor Queen – Pet Friendly! Queen bed, kitchen, bath and ocean views. Bathroom does not have tub (stand-up shower only). Owner must pre-approve pet. $125 nightly / $675 weekly / $2300 monthly (plus tax). Pet deposit of $100 required, which is refundable if there are no cleaning or damages as a result of your pet. Maximum occupancy = 2 + pet.

Unit 8: Ground-floor Two bedroom – Master bedroom has King bed, second bedroom has two twins. Living room has Queen sleeper sofa, dining table, TV and sitting chair. Kitchen and bath. Maximum occupancy = 6. $175 nightly / $900 weekly / $3200 monthly (plus tax) (TWO night MINIMUM). This room does not have ocean views.
