Q. Are you still family-owned?

A. Yes, we are still locally owned by Jim Gissy and his family. The Gissy Family has lived in the Central Florida community for over thirty years. Jim is a lifelong Central Florida resident, conservationist and real estate investor.

Q. Do you allow pets?

A. We no longer have a pet-friendly unit available.

Q. How close are you to the beach?

A. We are as close as possible without falling into the water! Our oceanfront building is steps from the beach and our courtyard building is not much further.

Q. Do you charge a resort fee or other cleaning fee?

A. No. The price of the room includes all fees and charges. Mandatory local & state taxes as well as tourist taxes do apply.

Q. What time is check-in?

A. Check-in is usually at 4pm EST, however if we can accommodate you as early as noon we will. Please call with your reservation information and we will let you know if an early check-in is possible.

Q. What time is check-out?

A. Check-out is at 11am EST.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. Credit Card Payments only are accepted, no cash or check payments for any service or room rate is accepted by the property.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation without a charge?

A. Cancellations for reservations of less than 14-nights may be made with no penalty up to 7 days in advance. Within 7 days, any cancellation will forfeit your deposit of one night’s room & tax. Stays of 14-nights or more must be canceled at least 30-days prior to check-in to avoid the cancelation penalty of 7-nights room & tax.

Q. Do you offer group discounts?

A. Yes, we do offer discounts for those guests inquiring about 5 rooms or more. Please call or text us at 407-446-4763 and ask about our group pricing.

Q. Is smoking allowed at the Sea View?

A. Smoking of any kind, including alternative devices, is not allowed in the guestrooms and is strictly enforced. A Smoking Fee of $250 plus the cost of a Specialty Cleaning Fee of $150 will be assessed to the reservation, for a total of $400 in penalty fees.

Q. Is your Inn ADA accessible?

A. Please refer to our accessibility page to review the accessibility features of the Inn. The Inn was built in the mid-1950s, so please review carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
